We had the absolute.best.time at Disney. I think we all shed a tear or two or ten when we left. It was so nice having Bruce’s mom (“Nana”) there too (she lives close to Disney and has been there a million times). She was very helpful and fun to have with us.

I must say, I did a whole lot of research and planning and asking questions to prep for this trip. When I realized that it was going to be a busy time (per President’s day), I knew we had to plan. (If anyone reading this wants my lists of tips/lessons learned, let me know!).

The girls were angels, I must say. Not once did either one of them have the stereotypical Disney meltdown (and we saw plenty of those in action). I contribute that a lot to us getting to the parks early so the girls didn’t have to wait in lines, doing fast pass for the same reason, and having a doublestroller (rented) that the girls BOTH rode in LOTS!

We will always look back on this trip as being so so Magical. We are still frankly moping around that it’s over and thinking about what will be in store for our next trip there!

{at the airport, headphones were key!, the girls LOVED seeing mickey everywhere at the orlando airport, leashed and lovin it, eve on the magical express, bw and the man, hidden mickey in our room, mickey waffle at ohana character breakfast, rain didn’t stop us!, bw and cindy, dumbo with eve, crazy eve came out that night, passed out on the safari ride, sanaa in animal kingdom, dumbo with kate, barnstormer with kate, bw and i on space mountain-yikes!, eve passed out day 3 during the line for pirates of the carribean-here she is lying on the chairs at dinner, hidden mickey at the contemporary, last morning at the polynesian-boohoo, kate spotted this hidden mickey in the sand-she was good!, breakfast at the floridian, kate left this note to the housekeeper at the hampton inn where we stayed the night we visited bruce’s dad, so sweet, translated: “dear elsy, thank you for the things you “dun”…don’t pay us back,” the girls ready for the first day (sorry, out of order)}

I took out the video camera just one day of the trip (the last). I’m glad I did take some footage so we can look back. Here’s a little montage…
